MacroDish signs you in with an 8-digit code emailed to you — there's no password. If it hasn't arrived after a minute, check your spam or junk folder, then use Resend code on the verification screen. If it still doesn't arrive, email us and we'll look into it.
Type meals the way you'd say them — "2 eggs on toast, a banana, coffee" — separating items with commas. If a dish still isn't recognised, try a simpler description of the same food. Write in with the exact text you used and we'll add it.
Naming a place in your entry ("wings from Empire") uses that menu's figures where they're known. Where they aren't, we use standard values for the dish and say so plainly rather than presenting figures we can't stand behind.
Free accounts can log 2 meals a day, including daily targets and the home-screen summary. Paid plans with unlimited entries are opening soon.
Open Profile and tap Edit on the daily target card. You can adjust calories and every macro individually, or tap Reset to suggested to go back to the values worked out from your height, weight, activity level and goal.
Open Profile → Account settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and everything logged in it. You can also request deletion from this website.
